The Methodist Children’s Home of Costa Rica

See our latest flyover video below!

We’ve come so far since 2006! On March 16, 2011, the first home, Casa Esperanza (Hope House), was dedicated.  Funded entirely by charitable donations, the house became a beacon of hope and model of Christian care for orphans.  Once completed, the Methodist Children’s Home will consist of five houses, a multi-purpose building, administration building, open air chapel, soccer field and playground. The Methodist Children´s Home is being built by Volunteer in Mission work teams from United Methodist Churches in the United States. These short term missionaries come for one week, do construction work on the houses in the morning and minister with children in local churches and neighborhoods in the afternoon.
